1. Weigh in
Each session starts with a quick, private weigh-in. This isn’t about pressure or judgement — it’s about accountability and tracking progress over time. Your weigh-in contributes to your team’s score, with consistent weight loss earning bonus goals, which adds a fun and motivating twist to the football. It’s a simple way to stay focused and celebrate progress, no matter how small.

2. Warm up
We start each session with a short, light warm-up to get everyone moving and ready to play.
The warm-up is designed for all fitness levels, so there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else. It’s simply about loosening up, avoiding injury, and easing into the session at a comfortable pace.
Most importantly, it gives everyone a chance to settle in, have a chat, and get ready for the football.

3. Play football
The main part of the session is an hour of football. Games are competitive but friendly, with teams balanced to keep things fair and enjoyable. You can play at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and enjoy the social side of the game. It’s football without pressure — just good exercise, teamwork and plenty of laughs.

4. Lose Weight
